About the producer - Rusty Barker:
Rusty Barker was a professional trumpet player and toured with the “Ice Follies,” the Maynard Ferguson Orchestra, Ray Anthony, and Larry Elgart. Rusty played in the showrooms of Atlantic City, and on Broadway in the pit orchestras for “The Tap Dance Kid” and “Dreamgirls.” He smoked “weed” with Dizzy Gillespie while waiting for baggage at the Amsterdam airport. Rusty is currently retired and living in Big Bear Lake with the love of his life, playing tennis and listening to the best music ever produced on earth.
